Pricing questions
Fair questions, straight answers
How does pricing work?
US$79 a month covers your workspace and your first company, and each company after that is US$39. Yearly is the same thing at ten months for twelve. Every feature is included, your whole team is free, and we never take a cut of your payments.
How does the free trial work?
You get 30 days with full access. Add your card to start; you won't be charged until day 30, and you can cancel any time before then. Thirty days is deliberate: it covers a full month-end, which is where Punctual proves itself, and a fortnight often would not.
Do you charge per user?
No. Bring your whole team, and your accountant, at no extra cost.
Why charge per company, if you don't charge per seat?
Because they are not the same thing. Another colleague is another login. Another company is another ledger, another set of returns, another year end and another bank feed to reconcile: the work Punctual does, doubled. Charging for seats would tax you for growing your team; charging per company tracks what the software actually carries.
What counts as a company?
A legal entity with its own books: its own registration number, its own bank accounts, its own filings. Brands, trading names and projects inside one entity are free and always will be. If you archive a company you stop paying for it.
Do you take a percentage of my payments?
No. Clients pay you by bank transfer and you keep the lot. That is the whole point.
Are any features locked behind a bigger plan?
No. There is one plan and it includes everything: payroll with CPF, the client portal, multi-currency, reports, GST and InvoiceNow. We don't remove features to invent price points.
What's the catch on the yearly price?
There isn't one. US$790 a year is simply ten months' price for twelve months of Punctual, and extra companies work the same way, US$390 instead of US$468. The discount is our thank-you for the commitment.
This page is the whole price. There is no larger plan, and nothing here changes if you ring us.
